An empty steel-framed unit turned into offices. Metal stud partitions framed up to the steel, a mezzanine floor decked over its joists, the partitions boarded in fire-rated plasterboard, then taped and jointed and finished with a suspended ceiling.
What it involved
- Metal stud partitions set out and framed up to the existing steel
- Mezzanine floor decked out over its joists
- Partitions boarded in fire-rated plasterboard
- Joints taped, filled and sanded ready for the decorator
- Suspended ceiling grid and tiles, with the lighting dropped in
